{"id":4361,"date":"2025-10-10T07:25:32","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T07:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rizalmicrobank.com\/?p=4361"},"modified":"2025-10-10T07:25:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T07:25:32","slug":"accounting-department-head","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rizalmicrobank.com\/index.php\/accounting-department-head\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounting Department Head"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Accounting Department Head<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology and Accounting related course<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certified Public Accountant (CPA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has at least five years of progressively responsible experience in banking industry<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has comprehensive knowledge in BSP regulations, circular, accounting standards, bank operations, government and regulatory policies, procedures, income tax, financial statement preparation and analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has excellent skills in financial planning and budgeting; and possess a strategic mindset<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has adequate knowledge with IT jargons and IT related processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has experience with system improvements and enhancements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Has good people management skills and values teamwork <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Accounting Department Head is primarily responsible for managing the financial information\/reporting of the bank and directly assisting the Retail Lending Department on all strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost benefits analysis and forecasting needs.
