Agency Banking Program Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree holder, preferably in Business Management
- With 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development or business management
- With Strong analytical, leadership, writing and communication skills
- Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism required due to critical and sensitive nature of information being handled
Responsibilities:
- Defines the overall direction of the program, which includes but not limited to crafting the unit’s strategy, goals and targets, in consultation with the Strategic Initiatives Department Head
- Conduct periodical audits in a sample of agents to validate their performance and ensure that rules and regulations of RMB, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other agencies with compliance requirements, are being followed
- Ensure compliance of the program and its agents towards banking policies and procedures implemented by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or any other government institution
- Manage RMB’s relationship with identified strategic partners and foster effective communication between the former and RMB
