Branch Operations Officer

The Branch Operations Officer is responsible for the supervision and management of overall branch operations that include cash, accounting, safety of branch premises, staff and clients, and other assets of the branch. The BOO is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating operations support personnel performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any Business related courses
  • Has at least three (3) years of experience in managing and supervising daily cash operation in the bank
  • Has a supervisory and leadership experience
  • Has a balance customer service and risk management orientation
  • Highly analytical and people-oriented
