Collection and Recovery Unit Head

The Collection and Recovery Unit Head manages the Credit Policy Review Unit with the primary function of managing the External Collection Agency including accreditation, on-boarding, endorsement and monitoring of performance and managing the banks foreclosed properties. He/she may also be tapped for other assignments for the department to deliver its mandate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course preferably in Accounting, Accounting Technology and Management Accounting
  • Basic knowledge in banking operations, basic accounting, Credit Analysis, Credit Investigation, Financial statement reading, protection, and analysis
  • At least three (3) years banking experience
  • Ability to handle occasional or special duties
  • Strong problem solving and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to multitask and work speedily under pressure with minimal supervision
