Human Resource Department Head
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree holder, preferably in human behavior, psychology or related course
- With experience in Human Resource Management, Performance review, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Recruitment
- With at least three (3) year banking experience
- With Strong analytical, leadership, writing and communication skills
- Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
Responsibilities
- Monitoring recruitment, supervising specialists, preparing hiring documents, planning employee engagement. & reviewing performance management.
- Reviewing attendance, processing leaves reports, overseeing employee benefits & coordinating separation pay.
- Supervising training facilitation and tracking.
- Addressing employee queries, providing counseling, monitoring disciplinary actions and ensuring sanctions are imposed.
- Providing HR information to management, maintaining employee databases, coordinating HR services, assisting the President with HR issues, preparing personnel costing, developing job descriptions, and ensuring DOLE compliance.
