Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree holder, preferably in human behavior, psychology or related course
  • With experience in Human Resource Management, Performance review, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Recruitment
  • With at least three (3) year banking experience
  • With Strong analytical, leadership, writing and communication skills
  • Analysis and Problem Solving Skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring recruitment, supervising specialists, preparing hiring documents, planning employee engagement. & reviewing performance management.
  • Reviewing attendance, processing leaves reports, overseeing employee benefits & coordinating separation pay.
  • Supervising training facilitation and tracking.
  • Addressing employee queries, providing counseling, monitoring disciplinary actions and ensuring sanctions are imposed.
  • Providing HR information to management, maintaining employee databases, coordinating HR services, assisting the President with HR issues, preparing personnel costing, developing job descriptions, and ensuring DOLE compliance.
