Learning and Development Specialist
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Behavioral Science or Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least a year of experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis, Training Programs and Structured Learning Experiences
- With Strong analytical, leadership, writing and communication skills
- Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the operation of media equipment, such as projectors, DVD players and personal computers
Responsibilities
- The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the HR Department in the execution of HR activities which includes training and employee engagement. S/he is responsible for the systematic identification, planning, coordination and administration of training programs to ensure the acquisition and proper transfer of required knowledge, skills, rules and concepts, as well as the transformation of attitudes and values of the employees to have improved work performance in order to meet the Bank’s business objectives.
