Learning & Development Specialist


  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA – Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Has at least 1 – 2 year (s) experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis, Training Programs and Structured Learning Experiences in the Microfinance Industry
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has good planning, organization and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in window-based applications, especially in Powerpoint and Excel
  • People-oriented, and can perform multi-tasking
