Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA – Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Has at least 1 – 2 year (s) experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis, Training Programs and Structured Learning Experiences in the Microfinance Industry
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has good planning, organization and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in window-based applications, especially in Powerpoint and Excel
- People-oriented, and can perform multi-tasking
