Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA – Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • With at least a year of experience in recruitment, training and other HR related functions
  • Knowledge and familiarity in psychological assessment and psychological profiling is an advantage
  • Willing to travel to various branches of the bank

Responsibilities:

  • The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist is responsible in supporting the HR department in the execution of HR activities which includes talent acquisition campaigns and strategies, staff placement, and other employee engagement. S/he is responsible for developing pool of candidates for assigned business line / support services of the Bank; sources, screens and submits pool of candidates for vacancies for the assigned offices following the standard talent acquisition process.
