Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree holder in any business related courses.
- Preferably at least 4 years’ experience in selling various banking products and services.
- Knowledgeable with sales and marketing strategies in partnership generation.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships with industry players to achieve the business target of the unit.
- Initiate development of proposals, crafting of program guidelines, and creating presentations to operationalize the financing facility for partners.
- Represent the bank in meetings, program orientations, and client presentations, promoting clear communication and strong collaboration with partners.
- Preparation of reports and consolidation of data needed by the unit/ branch and or the partners.
- Attends meetings, expos, conferences, etc. for lead generation of potential partners.
