AgriBiz Term Loan

The AgriBiz Term Loan is a loan product intended for agri value chain players such as agri producers/growers, traders/consolidators, processors and input dealers /retailers.

Loan Amount
The loan amount ranges from P50,000 to P20,000,000.

Loan Purpose

  • Additional operating capital for Agri-based trading, storage, processing and distribution business
  • Acquisition of seeds, fertilizers, poultry, livestock, feeds and other similar items;
  • Acquisition of additional work animals, farm and fishery equipment and machinery;
  • Construction, acquisition and repair of post-harvest facilities for production, processing, storage and such other facilities in support of agriculture and fisheries.

Acceptable Agri/ Fishery Activities

  • Agribusiness (Trading of feeds and agri-vet supplies, Trading of Rice, Corn, Cassava, Banana, Cacao, Coconut, others)
  • Poultry growing/trading (layer, fattening or trading of chicken)
  • Hogs growing/trading (for fattening or trading of piglets)
  • Other livestock growing/trading (goat, cow, etc)
  • Plant nurseries (cacao and other high-value crops)
  • Agro-processing activities (processing/manufacturing of agri-based products)
  • Culturing and processing of fishery and/or aquatic resources (dried fish processing, seaweeds processing, etc.)
21 to 60 years old
Whose farm or business is already established and operating for not less than 5 years
With at least one secondary income source (salary, income from business, other agri-activity not similar to the primary business)
A resident in the community for not less than 3 years
Willingness to pay the loan in weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payment
Willingness to open a Contractual Savings with RMB and save while there is an active loan
Has no criminal or sum of money cases in the barangay or municipal court
Has no criminal or sum of money cases in the barangay or municipal court
No adverse record in BAP-CB Negative File Information System
