Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree holder, preferably in Management
- Knowledge in data analysis or strategic management
- With 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning
- With Strong analytical, leadership, writing and communication skills
- Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
- Detail-oriented and can work under pressure
Responsibilities
- The Corporate Planning Officer’s main role is to develop short and long-term strategies for the bank, in consultation with the Management Team, and ensure all departmental objectives and initiatives with the bankwide roadmap. He/she shall also assist in the formulation of the annual budget for approval of the Bank’s Board of Directors, and monitor the progress of the bank and its departments with regard to the established operational and financial targets.
